Hosting a Competition: 6 Steps to Hosting a Local Event

Step 1: Login or Register

If you have not registered on the new NFL PP&K website and would like to host a local competition, it is required that you create an account to get started.

Step 2: Enter Your Event Information

Step 3: Check Your Event Information

After you have created your PP&K event and uploaded insurance, please wait for an NFL PP&K representative to approve or deny your insurance. You will receive an email letting you know the status after your insurance has been evaluated.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR COMPETITION WILL NOT BE VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL YOUR INSURANCE HAS BEEN APPROVED. For insurance requirements, click on the “Create a Competition” link and read the information under the “Upload Insurance” section.

Step 4: Receive your PP&K Kit

Once you have registered online and an NFL PP&K representative has approved your insurance, you will receive a PP&K Host Kit in approximately 3-5 days. If you have not received your kit in this time period and are certain that you have registered correctly and confirmed your shipping address, please contact the Help Desk for support.

  • PP&K Age Verification Chart
  • PP&K Playbook
  • PP&K Sectional Manual

The PP&K Host Kit will include:

  • One pee-wee size football (ages 6-7)
  • One junior size football (ages 8-11)
  • One intermediate size football (ages 12-15)
  • Three kicking tees
  • First-, second- and third-place ribbons
  • Promotional Posters to help advertise your event
  • An envelope to return all completed waivers forms after your event.
    Participants should be encouraged to pre-register online

Step 5: Market and Promote Participant Registration

Please email your competition link to parents and competitors to promote online registration this year. You will find this link in your dashboard once you sign in to your account on the PP&K website. Print out the registration form/waiver and bring copies to the competition for any walk-up competitors who did not register online in advance. You will find the registration form Here .

Step 6: Report your Winners and Total Local Event Participation Online

Winners will ONLY be able to advance to sectional competitions if you report your results online. Please list your total number of participants in the box located on the results page.
