This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") applies to this website (the "Website"). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to disclose to you what information we may collect, how we may collect it, with whom we may share it, and certain other matters related to such information, including the choices you have regarding our collection of information and our use and disclosure to other parties of information we may have collected from you.

The Website is operated by NFL Properties LLC on behalf of or in conjunction with the National Football League and the other members of the NFL Family (as described in Section 4 below) ("we", "our", or "us"). We have contracted with third parties, including, without limitation, Orases Inc., to operate certain aspects of the Website on our behalf, such as: server and database maintenance.

We own the information collected via the Website and we may use it for our own purposes, including marketing. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the nflppk.com website; it does not apply to any other information collected or obtained through other means or information collected by the thirty-two individual NFL member clubs (the "Member Clubs").

NFL Properties LLC, through the National Football League ("NFL"), is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, organization whose mission is to build users’ trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. We have agreed to disclose our information practices and have our privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe. At nflppk.com, competition organizers ("Host Organizers") can create and run NFL Punt, Pass and Kick (“PPK”)competitions in their local or regional communities and parents can learn about NFL PPK and how their kids can get involved in a PPK competition. It's all part of our effort to help kids learn more about and understand the greatest sport around football.

When this Privacy Policy uses the term "personally identifiable information" or "personal information," we mean information that identifies a particular individual, such as your full name, street address or email address. When other information, such as a favorite team or player, is associated with personal information, it also becomes personally identifiable information for the purposes of this privacy policy.

Information You Provide Us

When you open emails from us, we may receive a confirmation notifying us that you opened the email, if your computer supports such capabilities. 7. CHAT ROOMS, FORUMS, AND MESSAGE BOARDS

Certain areas offered on the Website might display some of your child’s personal information publicly on the site, such as our Photo Gallery, League websites and tournament winner areas.  We do not allow children to post these items themselves via any feature or page on our site.  We will require parents to give proper written consent, through a participant waiver during the registration process of the applicable event or Leagues, to permit us to post any of these items.

8. A SPECIAL NOTE FOR PARENTS CONCERNING PRIVACY

The Website is a general audience website. On the Website, we do not currently knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If, in the future, we collect personally identifiable information from children on the Website, we will do so in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq.) including, without limitation, obtaining necessary parental consent.
